Terms and conditions of purchasing of a hotel room/apartment in the “Hotel Panorama Bakuriani by Mgzavrebi”

Purchase conditions:

  • After choosing the best available hotel room or apartment for you, the next step is issuing the preliminary purchasing agreement.
  • After the full payment, in accordance with the preliminary purchasing agreement, the hotel room or apartment is being registered into ownership in the Public Registry of Georgia.
  • After the full completion of the construction, the maintenance service contract is being issued and signed between of the owner and the managing company.

Payment conditions:
Our company offers the most flexible conditions of purchasing real estate: The buyer has the opportunity to purchase an apartment either with the full payment at once, or can gradually cover the cost of the apartment without the down payment during the construction works of the project.

Interest-free installment within the company:
During the stage of construction works of the project the hotel rooms or apartments can be purchased with interest-free installment without down payment, meaning that the full cost of the apartment will be covered gradually using the most convenient for the buyer payment schedule.

Bank mortgage loan:
Mortgage loan is available as for the citizens of Georgia as well as for the foreigners.
Maximum duration of the mortgage loan: 15 years.
